ELISABETTA PASINI
Expert on leadership, change in organizational contexts and cultural diversity, she is Senior Consultant in Future Concept Lab since 1998, working on innovative on/off line education programs and on retail trends. She holds a consistent experience in human resources management achieved in the Rinascente Group where she worked for ten years. Graduated in Political Sciences at the Bologna University, with a Master in Social Anthropology at the London School of Economics and a personal training in Psychosocioanalysis, she manages courses and conferences in Italy, Spain, the UK, France, United States, Argentina, Colombia, Corea. She is member of the board in Ariele, Italian Association of Psychosocioanalysis (www.psicosocioanalisi.it) and The Renaissance Link (www.therenaissancelink.com).
She is author of Carisma, il segreto del leader (Charisma, the leader’s secret), Garzanti 2009, co-author of European Asymmetries: the 6 trends in consumption that are shaping the New Europe, Scheiwiller 2002, and columnist for the Italian magazine Casastile.
